RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

This cinema commercial for a 360° recruitment campaign was developed for Allianz. More than 400 copies of it ran in selected cinemas across Germany.

The film offered an entertaining combination of cinematic imagery, movie-like scenes and clear advertising messages. The montage of unconventional, whimsical episodes shows the life of a sales employee with Allianz. Not until the end is the actual message delivered and reference made to the Allianz recruitment portal. The campaign successfully brought about a major increase in unsolicited applications.

For this project, we worked with the director and screenplay writer Maggie Perrin, who rose to fame through films such as the German rom-com Stellungswechsel (director and screenplay writer, 2007) and Dieses bescheuerte Herz (screenplay writer, 2017). Behind the camera was Armin Franzen, whose work includes the six-part TV series How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast). The Allianz salesman was played by Oliver Bürgin, familiar from Shoppen (2006), among others. The female leads in the movie scenes are the well-known German actors Eva-Katrin Hermann and Anna Böttcher. The music and ringtone were composed by Superstrings
