Mindfulness practice

Simple mindfulness exercises help to reduce everyday stress at work, make conflicts easier to handle, and increase general job satisfaction. Sounds simple, right?

To create an entertaining SAP Global Mindfulness Practice Programme, we came up with a series of mindfulness videos. We wanted them to be light-hearted and aesthetic, and to present some simple exercises that employees can integrate easily into everyday office life
We took the word “mindfulness” literally and came up with five short clips that not only explain the exercise and its benefits but also put a smile on the face of the audience. The result was Three Breaths, which won Silver at the 2020 Telly Awards.
